MANCHESTER CITY is planning on going for James Maddison and Jude Bellingham amid the summer transfer window, according to reports.
James Maddison
With Silva's being unstable and Ilkay Gundogan's contract running out in June, Man city are trying to strengthen their midfield. According to the Sunsports news, the reigning Premier League champions are keeping tabs on both Maddison and Bellingham and are considering a move in the summer. Borussia Dortmund ace Bellingham has performed exclusively in the Bundesliga as well as the 2022 World Cup and got interest from the likes of Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool and Real Madrid.

Man City has also join in the interest for the Dortmund ace but manager Pep Guardiola wants more goals from those behind Erling Haaland. That is why the Manchester giants are also relaxed on Leicester star Maddison, who has registered seven goals and four assists in 16 appearances across all competitions this season. Leicester city's probability that they will loss hold on to their midfielder this summer is high. The England international has only 18 months left on his current deal and it doesn't look like his contract will be extended.
The Foxes are trying to avoid repeating the same mistake they made with Youri Tielemans, who will be able to leave for free when it's June. However, Newcastle are still on a low on the 26 year old after they have be denied an offer twice last summer as they couldn't meet the transfer demands for Leicester's £60million valuation. Man City again is likely to go in for an attacker, with AC Milan ace Rafael Leao and Napoli star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in mind.
